With a lifetime spent around animals and a professional background in dog grooming, Lex is confident caring for puppies, seniors, cats, and pets with special medical needs. Her mission is simple: ensure every pet feels loved, safe, and understood while their owners are away. Lex believes in personalized care, gentle handling, and creating a stress‑free environment tailored to each pet’s unique personality and routine. She is Pet CPR certified.

Pet Care Specialist, Operations Manager
For Tiffany, caring for animals has always come naturally, rooted in a lifelong love and respect for them. Her experience shadowing dog trainers and caring for her own trained service dog has deepened her understanding of canine behavior and individual needs. As a Registered Nurse, she brings an added level of attentiveness, patience, and calm under pressure to the pets entrusted to her care. Pet CPR Certified, Tiffany is committed to making every pet feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely loved.
Leah — Pet Care Specialist
Leah’s love for animals started at a young age. Growing up, she spent time helping care for dogs at the animal shelter where her great-aunt worked, helping shape the genuine love and compassion for animals she has today.
She’s also a proud dog mom to two pups of her own, Koru, a Standard Poodle, and Phoenix, an Australian Shepherd. Leah is pet CPR certified.
Kassondra — Pet Care Specialist
Kassondra, known affectionately as Kassi, is a dedicated animal‑care professional with a lifelong passion for pets. Raised in a home filled with cats and now sharing her life with two dogs, she brings both personal experience and genuine compassion to her work. Her background includes caring for a German Shepherd, deepening her understanding of the strong bond people share with their animals. Kassi approaches every pet with attentive care, reliability, and respect, ensuring each one feels safe, comfortable, and valued. Kassi is pet CPR certified.
