To ensure a smooth and stress-free experience for you and your pet, we require a minimum of 7 days' notice for all new client bookings. This allows us time to complete onboarding, answer any questions, and schedule a meet-and-greet before services begin.

To help us provide the safest and highest quality care, we also require proof of current vaccinations and a valid payment method prior to the start of services. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you and your pet to our family! 🐾
