A complimentary meet and greet is required for all new pets and their human companions to ensure a safe, comfortable, and well‑matched care experience. This visit helps assess each pet’s activity level, personality, favorite toys, dietary or medical needs, and social habits so care can be tailored appropriately. The goal is to leave every pet owner feeling comfortable and confident, knowing their companion will be treated like family, with patient, attentive, and nurturing care that fosters genuine connection, safety, and trust.

Perfect for keeping your pets happy, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away. Each visit includes feeding, fresh water, potty breaks, and plenty of love and attention. Medication administration, litter box cleaning, and other routines needed to keep your pet on their normal schedule can also be accommodated. Drop-in visits are 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes in duration and can be booked multiple times a day and/or week. Pricing includes care for up to 2 pets. Additional pet fees apply and vary based on the appointment length selected.

Give your pet the comfort and security of staying in their own home while receiving personalized overnight care from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This service is exclusively available with the owners, Lexus or Tiffany, with limited enrollment available. Advance booking is highly recommended.
In addition to the overnight stay, periodic daytime companionship is included to provide your pet with extra attention, potty breaks, and care throughout the day. The specific timing of these daytime visits is determined by your sitter's schedule.
If your pet requires care at specific times during the day, we recommend adding the two discounted 30-minute daytime visits available with each overnight stay. These visits allow you to reserve guaranteed visit times that fit your pet's routine.
Please Note: Pets that require continuous supervision or cannot be left alone for periods during the day or evening should be booked under our Constant Care Service.

Unlike traditional kennels, we offer a home-style environment where your dog becomes part of the family. We never take more than 2 dogs at a time, allowing for a peaceful atmosphere, close supervision, and personalized care. With consistent routines, lots of affection, and a strong focus on safety and well-being, you can feel confident knowing your dog is in caring, capable hands.
Please note, you will need to select Daycare for day-time care services. This option covers the overnight stay only. Combined services are $65.

If a pet requires continuous, around-the-clock supervision, such as for separation anxiety, medical needs, behavioral considerations, or a need for constant companionship, this level of service is classified as constant care and is separate from standard overnight bookings. Constant Care ensures that the pet is not left alone for any period of time and receives uninterrupted attention, monitoring, and support throughout the entire stay.
This service is offered at a rate of $200-$250 per day, which reflects the need to fully reserve availability, limit other bookings, and accommodate the higher level of time, attention, and responsibility required to provide true 24-hour care.
